AJK: Residential colonies to be built for Kashmiri refugees: Majeed

Islamabad: The AJK Prime Minister Ch. Abdul Majeed has said that present government is taking all possible measures for resolving the problems of Kashmiris settled in Pakistan.

Talking to a delegation of Kashmiri refugees that called on him at Joharabad on Thursday‚ he said that PPP government resolved long demand of refugees by allocating 25 percent quota of jobs for them and assured that refugees would also be given free of charge ownership rights.

He further assured that residential colonies would be built for Kashmiri refugees and their other problems would also be resolved.

The Prime Minister said that it was due to foresightedness‚ sagacious policy and politics of reconciliation of President Asif Ali Zardari that parliament completed 5 years first time in the history of Pakistan.
