Allah bestows Pakistan with natural resources & talented youth, Minister

Peshawar: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Caretaker Minister for Science & Technology and Information Technology, Engineer Muhammad Ishaq Khattak has said Allah has bestowed our motherland with a lot natural resources as well as a number of talented youth. He said it was need of the hour to concentrate on people benefit oriented and sustainable research.

He expressed these views while addressing as chief guest at a two days “Science & Technology Exhibition” at PCSIR Labs Complex Peshawar on Monday. Secretary Science & Technology and Information Technology Ahmad Hassan Khan, DG PCSIR Dr. Shah Alam Khan, Director Javed Bangash, a number of researchers and scholars were also present on the occasion. Provincial ST&IT Minister furthered there was no scarce of resources in our country but the wrong use of these resources should be checked.

He said the centre of our research should be people oriented so that general people could be practically benefited of it. He said we had to face many challenges therefore, our researchers and scholars needed to further develop their research in a sustainable way. He said the research work done by our researchers was remarkable therefore its benefit should reach the common man through marketing.

Addressing the exhibition, Secretary ST&IT Ahmad Hassan Khan highlighted the aims and objectives of the exhibition and hoped that its fruits would reach the general people. Later on Engineer Muhammad
