Bilour warns to register FIR against Zardari, Chief of Army Staff

Peshawar: Senior leader of Awami National Party Haji Ghulam Ahmad Bilour has warned to charge Asif Ali Zardari, Chief of Army Staff, Chief Election Commissioner and Chief Justice if any member of his family or party worker killed in terrorist acts.

He said that FIR will also be registered against the political parties who will not condemn terrorist attacks against ANP.

Senior Bilour said that he and his family did nothing wrong but still they were being attacked and killed. “i am a Muslim and reject that secularism which not honour religion and believe in Allah and Prophet SAWS” he said

Senior Bilour said Pakistan belongs to all, be it an ordinary Muslim or Mullah. We are Muslims but not Mullahs. “I am not an atheist. I am a secular like Maulana Hussain Ahmad Madani, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad who believed in respect for religion and humanity. My prophet was Rahmatullil-Aalamin “Mercy and Kindness for entire humanity” he said.

Senior Bilour said ANP had been under continuous attacks. “If someone want us to be out of the electoral process to pave way for forces who want to take this country into darkness that will not happen. Let me assure we are not going to be afraid by such coward attacks. We will fight and never leave the ground open for them” he vowed.

The senior Bilour along with Barrister Haroon Bilour, candidate of ANP for PK3 and son of the slain leader Bashir Ahmad Bilour narrowly escaped a suicide attack on Tuesday at Yakatoot area of the city during election campaign. The attack killed 18 people including children and injured dozens others.

During a news conference at Bilour House—Ghulam Bilour said he will take his party in to confidence about registering FIR against President Asif Zardari, Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, Army Chief General Ashfaq Parvez Kiyani and Election Commission of Pakistan and see the approval of Party’s Thinktank.

Expressing sorrow over the killing of policemen he said, he was not interested in police security as it was not the solution. Many police men killed in yesterday’s attack and more will be killed if the power centers did not take a decision to control terrorists or let them to kill us.
