Governor, CM condemn attack on Zehri’s caravan

QUETTA: Balochistan governor Nawab Zulfiqar Ali Magsi and Caretaker Chief Minister Nawab Ghaus Bakhsh Barozai have condemn bomb attack on the caravan of Sardar Sanaullah Zehri near Khuzdar. They have also expressed grief and concern over the death of his brother, son and nephew.

In his statement Governor Magsi said this act of terrorism is not only against the humanity but also against tribal traditions.

He directed Chief Secretary and IG Police for taking effective steps for the security of political leaders and election candidates. He has also directed law enforcers to immediately arrest those involved in this act and award them stern punishment.

He thanked Almighty Allah that Sardar Sanaullah Zehri escaped in the attack.

Caretaker Chief Minister Nawab Ghaus Bakhsh Barozai while condemning the incident has called report.

In his statement Chief Minister termed this act as worst terrorism and said it is not good rather worst. He said this act of terrorism at an attempt at sabotaging election process in peace atmosphere which is not acceptable in any case.

He has directed law enforcers to make foolproof security of election candidates and political parties leaders. He also directed for effective security measures on the passage of caravan so that such incidents do not take place against.

Governor Magsi and Chief Minister Nawab Barozai prayed may Allah place departed souls in eternal peace and courage to the bereaved families to bear this irreparable loss. They have also directed no effort should be spared in providing best treatment to the injured people.
