Nabil Gabol joins MQM

Karachi: Nabil Gabol here Sunday announced leaving Pakistan Peoples’ Party PPP and joining Muttahida Qaumi Movement MQM. Addressing a press conference at Nine Zero Azizabad here, he said he had left the PPP as it has remained no more the party of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto. He said Benazir Bhutto had given him party ticket and in her honour he remained in the party for five year. He said he had been thinking for last one year to leave the PPP as it had ditched the policies of Benazir Bhutto.

He said the people of Lyari have become the hostages of PPP. He said the PPP never served his constituency, Lyari. He said now from the platform of MQM he would serve the people of Lyari. He said Muttahida leader Altaf Hussain has always supported him. He said the MQM is not the party of particular community but people of different linguistic backgrounds of the part and parcel of this party.

Other leaders of Gabol community also announced joining the MQM.
