NAUNDERO: Two motorcycles were snatched by armed men from here within two days and police have done nothing to recover the same and arrest the criminals operating without fear of law.

Amjad Bhutto, son of Abdul Khalique Bhutto, a trader, was deprived of his bike, sixteen thousand rupees cash and costly mobile phone in front of PPP city president’s residence.

He raised hue & cry but nobody came to his rescue though a policeman was on duty at that time at the same place but the gangsters fled with the looted good without any interference.

In yet another incident, the brother of Dr Shams Soomro was deprived of his motorcycle by another gang of armed criminals when he was coming here from his native village Panjudero.

He was also looted of all his valuables. Despite information to the police, they did nothing to apprehend the gang.

According to police source, more than 35 motorcycles have been snatched by armed gangs since last two months and Naundero police have so far completely failed to recover anyone. People have demanded transfer of corrupt police officials and posting of honest and dedicated officers here in the hometown of Bhutto leaders.
