59 Indian fishermen arrested in Pakistan

KARACHI: Pakistan Maritime Security Agency on Thursday apprehended 59 Indian fishermen near the Sir Creek area on the charges of poaching in the country’s territorial waters.

According to reliable sources, Maritime Security Agency took action and arrested 59 Indian fishers who were engaged in fishing near the Sir Creek and seized 10 fishing boats from the detained fishers.

However, the arrested fishermen were moved to Docks police station of Karachi for investigation.
