75% Pakistanis have watched/heard the “Pak Pak Pakistan, Saaf Saaf Pakistan, Poll

Islamabad: According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup Pakistan, 75% Pakistanis have watched/heard the “Pak pak Pakistan, saaf saaf Pakistan, safeguard Pakistan” advertisement.

A nationally representative sample of adult men and women, from across the four provinces was asked, “Please tell us that have you had a chance of watching or listening to the advertisement “Pak pak Pakistan, saaf saaf Pakistan, safeguard Pakistan” or not?” Responding to this, 75% Pakistanis said they had watched or listened to the advertisement while 24% said they had not and 1% did not respond.

The study was released by Gilani Foundation and carried out by Gallup Pakistan, the Pakistani affiliate of Gallup International. The recent survey was carried out among a sample of 2705 men in rural and urban areas of all four provinces of the country, during June 09 – June 16, 2014. Error margin is estimated to be approximately ± 2-3 per cent at 95% confidence level.
