Al-Khidmat starts serving heat-stroke patients

KARACHI: Al-Khidmat, a welfare organization of Jamaat-e-Islami, has started relief activities for the people suffering by heat-stroke.

Al-Khidmat organized heat-stroke camps at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Complex (JPMC) and Landhi Center. However, towels, cold water bottles were provided to the patients in Civil Hospital Karachi (CHK).

The funeral service of Al-Khidmat has been working round the clock and also making arrangements for burial of unclaimed bodies.

Meanwhile, Al-Khidmat has also installed water filtration plants on 12 different spots in Karachi where clean potable water is being provided to the masses.

However, Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Karachi chapter Ameer Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman would visit the CHK Thursday and inquire about the health of patients.
