Al-Khidmat to set up ‘Aaghosh’ centre

KARACHI: President Al-Khidmat Foundation Pakistan, Dr Hafiz-ur-Rehman on Tuesday said that his foundation is spreading the net of welfare activities across the country. He was presiding over a meeting at his Karachi office related to construction of Aaghosh project.

The meeting was attended by Ameer Jamaat Islami Karachi chapter Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman, Secretary General Abdul Wahab, Secretary Al-Khidmat Engineer Abdul Aziz, Ameer District East Zafar Khan, President Islamic Culture Centre Abdul Majid, Secretary Maqsood Ahmed Khan, Interim Ameer Gadap Zone Syed Ahmed, Mateen Farooqui, Qazi Syed Sadruddin, Rashid Qureshi, Dr.Iftikhar, and Fawad Sherwani.

During meeting, views and opinions were exchanged and a committee was formed comprising Abdul Wahab, Engineer Abdul Aziz, Abdul Majid, Maqsood Ahmed Khan and Syed Ahmed which would counsel the foundation regarding project.

Meanwhile, Dr Hafiz-ur-Rehman briefed about project’s SOPs and Audit report. He said that Al-Khidmat Foundation would construct ‘Aaghosh’ centre and the construction work has already been started. Moreover, he urged all concerned people to play their due role.
