QUETTA: Ahle Sunnat wal Jamaat has demanded constitution of an authoritative committee for end to religious hatred and legislation for desecration of Ahle Bait, Sahaba Kiram. The demand was made by Allama Aurang Zeb Farooqi Central Spokesperson Ahle Sunnat wal Jamaat at a press conference here Monday.

He said Ahle Sunnat was striving for peace and order, stability of country and end to religious hatred. We are struggling for establishing law and order as was in the past. He said some forces label allegations of lawlessness and terrorism against us. If any proof is provided in this regard we are ready for every punishment. We want to tell these forces to come to hold dialogues with us rather government should form a committee including judges, lawyers and notables or Chief Justice should take suo motto notice and take action. We are ready for cooperation. He said law should be framed for end to religious hatred and foreign interference in this regard. Ahle Sunnat would follow it first of all. He said there is open interference from neighbouring Iran. He said government should take a serious thought and impose ban on goods from Iran.

He said one sided action was underway against Ahle Sunnat wal Jamaat. If our people are injured of martyred they are not paid compensation. But other people if injured or martyred their relatives are given heavy compensation.

He said our people are being made disappear. One hundred and fifty workers are missing from all over the country including Balochistan. Their whereabouts are not known if they are in jails or where. Such acts are clear government and its organizations are doing excesses with us. If our missing persons were not recovered we would stage sit-in in front of Balochistan High Court. He said Provincial party would take a decision in this regard and give a date.

He said we are not receiving any aid from Saudi Arabia nor any other was giving assistance. If any proof was provided we are ready for every punishment.

Answering a question he said Ahle Sunnat was not part of movement launched by Tahirul Qadri and Tehreek Insaf though we have reservations of elections. But since the country is in grip of crises government should complete its period because country cannot afford repeated elections.
