Anti-VIP demonstration outside KPC

KARACHI: Activists and members Pasban-e-Pakistan Karachi staged an ‘anti-VIP culture’ demonstration in front of Karachi Press Club (KPC) on Friday. The protestors were holding banners and placards inscripted with ‘No to VIP Culture’ and chanting slogans in favor of the poor masses. The protest was attended by Ijaz Baloch, President Pasban Pakistan Lyari sector; Akram Agaria, Vice President; and Fareed Khatak, President Pasban Korangi sector.

While talking to PPI, a protestor said, ““The poor people of Pakistan are now left with no option but to join the anti-VIP culture camp.” The protestor urged poor masses to free from the clutches of feudal lords and to empower themselves.
