Bilawal pays tribute to Nusrat Bhutto

KARACHI: Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Patron-In-Chief, Pakistan People’s Party’ has paid glowing tributes to Begum Nusrat Bhutto as party workers are observing her 85th Birthday across the country on Sunday.

In a press release on Sunday, Bilawal said her grand-mother Begum Nusrat Bhutto put up valiant struggle against the tyrant military dictator Gen Zia and braved state torture and jails during the struggle for restoration of democracy in Pakistan.

She lost her husband Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, daughter Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, sons Shaheed Mir Murtaza Bhutto and Shaheed Shahnawaz Bhutto and scores of Jiyalas to gift return of democracy to the Pakistani nation.

PPP patron-in-chief said the sacrifices offered by Begum Nusrat Bhutto would be recorded in golden words in the history and PPP Jiyalas would always revere her struggle and memories forever.
