BISP: (Marvi calls for cooperation between Pak-Nepal medical institutions)

ISLAMABAD: Chairperson Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) Marvi Memon on Wednesday emphasized the need for greater cooperation between medical institutions of Pakistan and Nepal.

She was addressing a function in Kathmandu organized by College of Physicians and Surgeons of Pakistan in cooperation with the Nepal Medical Council for senior Nepali medical professionals who graduated from Pakistan.

Ambassador of Pakistan Mazhar Javed urged the Nepali doctors to make maximum use of the extraordinary facilities offered by the Pakistani higher medical institutions. President, Nepal Medical Council Dr Dharma Kanta Baskota appreciated the role of CPSP in medical education in Nepal.
