Cattle markets within local city limits banned

KARACHI: The Sindh government under section 144 (6) CrPC has imposed ban on establishing of cattle markets within the local limits of Karachi division, except the following cattle markets setup in the city at various location with immediate effect till 15th Zil Hajj 1435 Hijri.

According to notification issued by the home department, the traditionally cattle markets are Super Highway; Malir 15, Asoo Goth; Cattle Mandi Landhi; Rice Godown, Landhi near Baber Market; Hamdard University near Manghopir; Moach Goth, Baldia Town; Cattle Mandi permitted by Station Commander Karachi in the limits of Clifton Cantonment Board and Cattle Mandi Permitted by the President Karachi Cantonment Board in the limits of Karachi Cantonment Board.
