Cell: (Federal Complaint Cell set up to address power consumers’ problems)

ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Water and Power has set up Federal Complaint Cell to address complaints of consumers regarding electricity round the clock.

The cell comprises General Complaint, Load Management Cell and Monitoring and Surveillance Cell. The consumers can lodge their complaints on telephone numbers 051-9204430 and 051-9206834.

Complaints can also be registered online on website www.mowp.gov.pk. As per the government directives, there will be no power

load-shedding at Sehar, Iftar and Taraweeh during the holy month of Ramazan. In case of load-shedding during the said timing, the consumers can lodge their complaints.
