CM’s Complaint and Redressal Cell receives number of complaints across the province

Peshawar: The Chief Minister’s Complaint and Redressal Cell received number of complaints across the province, which were addressed accordingly. According to details Mrs. Mussarrat Begum W/O Kamal lodged a complaint regarding physical harassment of her children by Shehbaz,Nadeem and Qadir R/O Dallan Mian Noor Khel Thal Hangu. The instant complaint was forwarded to DPO Hangu for necessary action under the law/rules.

The DPO Hangu replied that the case vide FIR No. 349 Dated 19-8-2014 Police Station Thal had already been registered against the accused. The accused were arrested and released on bail by the court and complete challan has been submitted to court for trail. The said complaint has thus been redressed satisfactorily.

Mrs. Saad Zahoor Vice Principal of Govt: Girls Higher Secondary School Lady Grifth Peshawar lodged a complaint against the Principal Naheed Begum GGHSS Lady Grifth Peshawar for her rude behavior and non cooperation with staff.

The instant complaint was forwarded to the Director Elementary & Secondary Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for necessary action under the law/rules. The Director E&SE KP replied that the case was inquired and Mrs. Naheed Begum was strictly warned to amend herself in the best interest of the public and institution.

Haji Ghulam Yasin retired Military Clerk R/O Mandhra Saidan Tehsil & District D.I.Khan lodged a complaint against MD Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority regarding on construction of pitching in Mandhra Saidan D.I.Khan. The instant complaint was forwarded in Mandhra Saidan D.I.Khan.

The instant complaint was forwarded to MD Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority for necessary action under the law/rules. In response to our letter MD PKHA replied that the said work had been completed to the full satisfaction of the complainant. The complaint thus stands resolved.

Manzoor Shah, Lecturer Physics Department Islamia College Peshawar lodged a complaint regarding non-payment of remuneration of visiting lecturers of Physics Department Islamia College Peshawar, against the Treasurer of Islamia College Peshawar.

The instant complaint was forwarded to the registrar Islamia College University, Peshawar for necessary action and report. In response to our letter, office of the Treasurer Islamia College Peshawar restored the salary of the incumbent and paid the arrears amounting to Rs. 1,43,370/-. Thus the complaint stands resolved.

On telephonic complaint received from Said NazarKhan S/O Noor Haider lodged against Mir Ahmad Shah S/O Murad Khan over dispute on Rs. 18, 70,000/- between them for purchasing of plot. Mir Ahmad Shah S/O Murad Khan was contacted on phone to give an amount of Rs. 18,70,000/- to the complainant Mir Ahmad Shah where upon both the parties were called upon in the complaint cell to settle their dispute.

Accordingly both were came to the complaint cell and affected compromise and Mir Ahmad Shah handed over a cheque of Rs. 18,70,000/- (Eighteen Lakh and Seventy Thousands) to Said Nazar Khan. Thus the matter stands resolved successfully.

An anonymous complaint was lodged against text book board Peshawar regarding mistakes, miss printings and missing in free Textbooks of Pashto for Class 3rd and Urdu for Class 5th.

The said complaint was forwarded to the Chairman, Textbook Board Peshawar for taking necessary action as per law/rules. In response to our letter, the Chairman Textbook board replied as under:- Textbook Pashto for Class3rd is printed this year through different printers therefore, their received stock is being checked to find out the printer for imposing the penalty and taking necessary action regarding misprinting. Similarly, Textbook Urdu for Class 5th is a newly developed and introduced book for this year.

During the initial printing, the pointed out mistake was found and corrected on the spot. Furthermore, the printer concerned is being penalized for the said mistake. The said complaint has thus been redressed successfully.
