Commissioner Larkana visits schools, cancels seven teachers’ deputation

LARKANA: Commissioner Larkana Division Ghulam Akbar Laghari visited various schools of Dokri, Badah and other areas and ordered cancellation of deputation and detailment of seven teachers.

Detailment of five teachers of Government Girls Primary School, Wikro & Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Dokri was withdrawn and deputation of two female teachers of Government Girls Primary School was also cancelled along with two teachers of Hyder Bux Jatoi High School, Dokri. He praised the efforts of the serving teachers in discharging their moral & legal obligations.

Laghari then went to the office of Taluka Education Officer (Female) of Dokri and checked outward register and then visited Government Girls Degree College. Later he went to Government Boys Middle school of Gabar Masan village where he was informed about the problems the teachers & students are facing.

He directed the District Officers of Secondary & Higher Secondary to provide SMC funds to the school and resolve other issues including drainage and school building. He also visited Government Boys Middle School, Pir Taqi Shah of Badah and inquired about the quality of education & regularity of teachers from the students. Laghari said on the occasion that the ghost teachers will never be tolerated and they will have to face the stern action if they remained away from their government duties. District Officers Noor Jahan Abbasi, Nawab Khokhar and Director schools Anwar Khokhar also accompanied him. .
