CPLC, AVCC nab gang involved in kidnapping bankers

KARACHI: CPLC and AVCC on Sunday made another achievement by arresting a gang which was involved in the kidnapping of bankers.

For the last many days various bank managers of the city were getting kidnapped and heavy ransom was taken against their release. Arif Khan, the bank manager of Mezan Bank Federal B Area branch was kidnapped, and ransom of Rs 9 lac was given for his release. The FIR of the case was registered at PS Sir Syed.

Similarly, Bank Manager Sindh Bank Bahadurabad branch Ghulam Qadir was also kidnapped for a ransom of Rs 6 lacThe FIR of this was lodged at PS Bahadurabad.

CPLC and AVCC were working extensively to nab the culprits day and night, as a result, today from the area of Nazimabad near Ziauddin Hospital, two men Nadeem Abbas, Muzammil Hussain and a women were arrested. Women was the main planner of kidannping, who used to trap the managers by using guilty means.

Today evening, a press conference was held in AVCC office, where Chief CPLC Sindh Governor House and Ahmed Chinoy and SSP AVCC Muqadas Haider presented the culprits in front of media, and all the efforts which were brought to catch the culprits, were also shared.
