District: (Indian BSF resorts to unprovoked shelling in Shakargarh Sector)

SIALKOT: Indian Border Security Forces (BSF) resorted to unprovoked heavy shelling on Pakistani border villages in Shakargarh Sector of Sialkot Working Boundary on Monday late evening.

According to Chenab Rangers, the Indian BSF targeted the civilian population and fired several heavy mortar shells on Pakistani border villages, which damaged some houses. Chenab Rangers retaliated effectively and made the Indian guns silent. No loss of life or any injury was reported.
