Drama at RAC charms audience

Rawalpindi: A play entitled “Bane Hum Sahara” was staged at Rawalpindi Arts Council which was written by Rana Kashif and directed by Amin Shahzada.

The main feature of the drama was Azhar Feroz, Ahsan Qureshi, Naeem Buba, Shama Niazi, Imtiaz Ali Kashif, Reha Yousaf, Shahid Kodo, Malik Perveaz, Humayon Shuja and Umer Sheikh. Naheed Manzoor flanked by Resident Director RAC Waqar Ahmed was chief guest at the occasion. The main theme of the drama was that we should support to those people who don’t have any support except Allah. Naheed Manzoor addressing at the occasion said that it was a thought provoking play along with comedy. She said our religion also teaches us to help others.

Resident Director RAC Waqar Ahmed said that arrival of families at RAC shows that the Council always presented neat and clean entertainment to the people of twin cities. He added the dramas organized by the Council are full of lesson.
