Financial assistance to minority community

Naudero, Sindh: Nineteen cheques, Rs5000 each were distributed among poor persons of minority community here to provide them financial aid. These cheques were distributed by the Hindu Panchyat Mukhi Seth Lokchand and PPP City Naundero President Khalid Memon.

Out of these nineteen cheques 4 were given to Hindu, 2 to Harijan, 3 each to Oad and Bheel and seven to Bagri community members, Mukhi Lokchand told PPI here on Thursday.

He said that Sindh Excise & Taxation Minister, Gianchand Essrani, sent him these cheques and complained that their area MPA Mukesh Chawla and MNA Ramesh Lal have done nothing for them despite passage of over six years.
