Five injured in road mishaps

KARACHI: Five persons were injured in different road mishaps here on Tuesday.

Two brothers, identified as Dilbar, 22 and Nazir, 25, sons of Jamal, a residents of Sindhu Goth, were severely injured when a speeding vehicle hit them near Farooq-e-Azam Masjid in North Nazimabad. They were shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for treatment.

In another incident, a youth, Zeeshan, 25, son Akhtar, was injured when a vehicle coming from wrong direction hit him near Toyota Showroom in Port Qasim area. He was brought to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) for treatment.

Separately, a child indentified as Asadullah, 12, son of Fazal Wahid, was injured in a road mishap near Juvenile Jail in Landhi. He was shifted to JPMC for treatment. A man, Mohammad Ramzan, 40, son of Mazhar, was injured in when a vehicle hit him near Lakhani Factory in Bin Qasim Morr. He was shifted to JPMC for treatment.
