Foreign exhibitors book huge orders at International exhibition

KARACHI: The three-day 12th International Safe Secure Pakistan 2015 exhibition concluded at Pak-China Convention Centre Islamabad on a very successful note as foreign exhibitors have booked huge orders worth millions of dollars on three days of the security show.

The positive presence of foreign exhibitors at the exhibition view Pakistan as a potential market for this sector as the local market has become quality conscious and are investing in latest safety, security and surveillance technology, they are glad over positive response during the exhibition.

Jaco Labuschagne, Export sales associate from South Africa, representing, Nemtek, sees lots of potential in the local market for the technology his company is offering. “We are here in the exhibition for the fifth time, we have the products dealing in sensitive electric fencing of walls and premises, I see our product as a house hold item in the upcoming scenario of security awareness in Pakistan”, he added.

Over 200 companies from 30 Countries including, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Iran, South Korea, Saudia, Netherlands, Norway, Japan Pakistan, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, UAE, UK, Ukraine and USA, are displaying their brands at the Safe Secure International exhibition.

“Pakistan is now in the current security situation seems to be a big market for us”, said a foreign exhibitor. Local exhibitors are also glad over the response they are receiving from the three day event. “This is our first time participation in Safe Secure Pakistan, we are having a good response, the product line we are offering is also of home based emergency service, like home based fire extinguisher, emergency backpack kit, emergency masks and fire blankets,” Imtiaz Rahim, CEO, Solutioners Consulting said.

Large number of, government officials, business professionals, diplomats, foreign defence attaches and delegates, visitors and officers from various Military Air force and other defence and related organization of defence Industry, have visited the three day event and showed keen interest in latest displayed technology and appreciated the fourth sequel of Safe Secure exhibition, in Islamabad.
