Four killed, four injured in Karachi

KARACHI: Four persons were killed and four others injured in different incidents in Karachi on Wednesday. One hanging body was found in New Karachi-4. Later the victim was identified as Noman, 32, son of Mohammad Idrees, resident, of New Karachi. The body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH) for medic-legal formalities.

In another incident, a three days old body of one Aziz, 20 son of Sammad, found near Cattle Colony. The body was shifted to JPMC for an autopsy.

A newborn baby was found dead near Baldia Jungle School from a garbage dump. The body was handed to Chippa Welfare Association (CWA) for burial.

Saleem, 22 was gunned down by unknown armed man in Kiamari. The body was shifted to CHK for medico-legal formalities.

Yet in another incident, one Nadeem Ahmed, 30, son of Mohammad Siraj, resident of Landhi, was shot and injured by unknown armed men in Qazzafi Chowk, Landhi. The injured was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) for treatment.

Separately, Mosuf, 24, son of Ali Akber, resident of Lyari, was shot and injured by unknown armed men due to robbery resistance near Parking Plaza Saddar. The injured was rushed to JPMC for treatment.

Meanwhile, Tariq, son of Wali Mohammad, was shot and injured by unknown armed men near Jinnah International Air Port (JIAP) Star Gate. The injured was rushed to JPMC for treatment.

One Ghafoor, 60, son of Mohammad Ali, was shot and injured by unknown armed men in old city area near Nigar cinema. The injured were rushed to CHK.
