Four killed in different mishaps

KARACHI: Four persons were killed in different mishaps in the city on Wednesday. A 22-year-old motorcyclist, Feroz Khan, son of Fazal Hussain, died when a fast moving truck hit his bike at Baldia Town No-4. The body was shifted to Civil Hospital Karachi (CHK) for medico-legal formalities.

Sultan, 55, son of Raja, was killed in a road accident near railway track in Malir 15 area. The body was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) for an autopsy.

Separately, Mohammad Asif, 25, son of Abdul Quddus, was killed when a train hit him while he was crossing the railway tracks near Murgi Khana in Quaidabad. The body was shifted to JPMC for a postmortem examination.

Meanwhile, Faqeer Ahmed, 24, son of Ali Gohar, died after he fell in a drain while working at Pir Bukhari Shah Shrine near Karsaz area along Shahrah-e-Faisal. The body was shifted to JPMC for medico-legal formalities.
