IG FC visits Duki

QUETTA: Targeted operation against banned organizations in Loralai, Sanjavi, Murgha Kibzai and Duki has broken back of terrorists. Elimination of wanted terrorists would not only minimize terrorism and criminals but people of the area could lead a peaceful and dignified life.

This was stated by Inspector General Frontier Corps Balochistan Major General Sher Afgun while addressing notables during his visit to Loralai Thursday.

Referring to operation in Kalat IG FC said that terrorists killed in Kalat operation were involved in Mastung incident.

He aid targeted operation against terrorists and criminals would continue and no sacrifices would be spared for achieving this target.

He called upon tribal elders that there is need for unity and solidarity for effective elimination of terrorists and to achieve this objective all the tribes should play positive and constructive role rising above all personal interests. He asked people to extend every possible cooperation with security forces for peace, economic welfare and prosperity.

Major General Sher Afgun reiterated his pledge that elements following foreign agenda and creating lawlessness would fail in their nefarious designs. He said orbit of operation against terrorists would be expanded and no effort would be spared for their elimination.

IG FC also opened Duki Medical Centre at Duki. This centre has been built under Duki Coal Mines project. The Centre has been built from income FC earned from security expenses.

Commandant Loralai Scouts in his briefing gave details of Medical Centre. He said this Centre is equipped with modern medical facilities where poor and deserving people would be provided free treatment and medicines.

Tribal elders, people’s representatives and civil administration officers attended the ceremony.
