JI elects 27 district amirs in SindhOctober 29, 2014
KARACHI: Provincial chief of Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Sindh Dr Mairaj-ul-Huda Siddiqui on Tuesday announced election of twenty seven district amirs of JI Sindh chapter for two-year term.
The elected district amirs included Islamic scholars, Huffaz-e-Quran, Ex-MPAs, traders, doctors, engineers, landlords, teachers, labour leaders, ex-students leaders, and writers.
According to JI provincial spokesperson Mujahid Channa, Mohammad Younus Barai was elected as district amir from Karachi East, Mohammad Islam from Bin Qasim Karachi, Hafiz Abdul Wahid from Karachi South, Abdul Razzaq Khan from Karachi West, Mun’am Zafar from Karachi East, Hafiz Tahir Majeed from Hyderabad, Altaf Ahmed Mallah from Thatta, Ghulam Rasool Ahmdani from Badin, Hafiz Lutufullah Bhutto from Matiari, Mohammad Younus Khan from Tando Allahyar, Mohammad Farooq Nizamani from Tando Mohammad Khan, Hafiz Mohammad Saleh from Jamshoro, Abdul Ghafoor Ansari from Sanghar, Mohammad Aijaz Malik from Umerkot, Mir Mohammad Buledi from Tharparkar, Mohammad Rashid Arain from Jhaddo, Dr Shafiq from Naushehro Feroze, Sarwar Ahmed Qureshi from Nawabshah, Dr Hassan Tariq Arain from Khairpur Mirs, Hizbullah Jakhro from Sukkur, Mufti Mohammad Younus Mazari from Ghotki, Abdul Fatah Sunhindro from Shikarpur, Hafiz Nasarullah Aziz from Kashmore, Imdadullah Bijarani from Jacobabad, Ghazi Sarwar from Kamber Shahdadkot, Dr Kashif Saeed Shaikh from Larkana and Khair Mohammad Bizenjo from Dadu.
Siddiqui prayed that may Allah, the Almighty, grant the newly elected amirs courage and vision for performing their responsibilities properly.
