Addressing a news conference at Al-Markaz-e-Islami JI Amir said that any ultra constitutional way if adopted to change the government would be disastrous for the country.

Siraj said if political leadership did not provide the chance to tolerate each other it would result in division of the federation and if any one tried to abrogate or scratched the constitution no political party in Pakistan would agree on formation of a new constitution.

Siraj said that the present tense situation not only dangerous for the democracy and constitution but also paving way for the Army to intervene. He said that political parties for the sake of democracy should open their doors for dialogue .

He said Jamat-e-Islami supports all the constitutional demands of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf but his party is against the way PTI has adopted for acceptance of these demands.

Siraj said that European Union and all other countries have also asked for the constitutional solution of the present deadlock therefore it should be resolved through dialogue.

Siraj said that he is favour of politics of slogans and flags but the flags should not be used as sticks to torture someone or frighten someone.

He said that country’s economy has been badly affected due to protests and Dharnas in the country and due this situation the poor people are most affected.

To a question, Siraj said JI and Jamhoori Watan parties both are in favour to save the provincial assembly and if PTI want to resign of the Assembly they have the right to utilize this option.
