KPK stuns Sindh in Disabled T20 Cup

Karachi: Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa recorded a narrow five-run win against defending champions Sindh in 5th NBP Disabled T-20 Pentangular Cup at Government College Ground in Multan on Wednesday.

KPK batted first in the match and put on board a paltry total of 88-10 in 17.4 overs. Muhammadullah top scored for the side with 19 runs. Abdul Rehman and Haroon Rashid displayed lethal bowling show captured four and three wickets respectively.

In their turn, Sindh failed to chase down the small total and lost all of their wickets in 18.5 overs putting only 83 runs on board. Rao Javed scored 29 runs. Saifullah hauled four wickets while Fayyaz Ahmed made a hat-trick capturing three wickets.

In other matches, Baluchistan thrashed KPK by nine wickets. Baluchistan put another impressive showing on the day beating Federal Areas by eight wickets. Meanwhile, Federal Areas trounced Punjab by 55 runs.
