KU, AXACT initiate academic cooperation

KARACHI: Prof. Dr. Khalid M. Iraqi, Dean, Faculty of Management & Administrative Sciences, University of Karachi and Prof. Dr. Abdul Rehman Zaki, Chairman, Karachi University Business School (KUBS) held a meeting with Ali Ghaffar, Vice President (Human Resource) of M/s. AXACT at their head office to explore possibilities of mutual cooperation in the field of academics, research and development.

Ghaffar assured the KU authorities of their support to strengthen and improve the infra-structure of KUBS and enhancement of academic activities and standards.

Dr. Iraqi mentioned that this meeting was a part of the continued support from Prof. Dr. Muhammad Qaiser, Vice Chancellor of KU who is keenly interested in the elevation of academic standards of the entire institution, especially of the Faculty of Management & Administrative Sciences.

Dr. Iraqi expected that apart from academic point of view, the cooperation will also assist the cause of corporate social responsibility by the two sides.
