Man appeals for help to treat his wife

Peshawar: A resident of Soreze Mera has appealed to the government and philanthropists to help him the medical treatment of his wife suffering from Hepatitis C. Talking to reporters at Peshawar Press Club on Monday, he said he could neither afford expensive medical treatment nor could continue work due to his own illness. He said the doctors in Hayatabad Medical Complex and Leady Reading Hospital have advised him operation but he could not do so.

Flanked by ailing wife and minor children, he said he was ready to sell his kidney for the treatment of his wife.

He complained that the government was making tall claims to provide free medical treatment but he could not see any arrangements for poor. He can be contacted; 0300-595-19-38.
