Man dies of schorching heatwave

KARACHI: A man died and a large number of other people fainted on Sunday due to intense heat in the city as mercury hit 43 degrees centigrade.

Rescue sources told that a man, Rehmat Ali, 55, son of Ayub Ali, died at his house in Sector 50, Korangi, after vein of his brain burst due to scorching heat weather. He was shifted to Sindh Government Korangi Hospital for an autopsy.
