MPA resolves public problems

KARACHI: Member Sindh Assembly, Irtaza Farooqui, after receiving complaints, resolved the sewerage problems facing the residents of Tariq Bin Ziyad Society, Shah Faisal Town and other localities near under construction flyover at Malir Halt.

While getting the sewerage pipelines installed under his supervision, Farooqui urged that the affectees should be compensated.

“Prior to construction work, we informed officers of Baldia Karachi and Karachi Water and Sewerage Board to fix underground sewerage and water pipelines but no attention was paid in this regard as a result, the residents were facing relevant problems,” he said.

Moreover, he inspected the installation of sewerage pipelines and said that Haq Parast Leadership was determined to resolve urban and rural problems faced by society, and institutions should perform accordingly to resolve the problems encountered by people.
