No more room for terrorism in Pakistan, Corps commander Peshawar.

Peshawar: Pakistan can no more tolerate terrorism and the forces operation will continue till elimination of the single terrorist.

These views were expressed by the Corps Commander Peshawar Lieutenant General Hadayat-ur-Rehman during his visit to Landi Kotal and Michni on Wednesday.

The corps commander was accompanied by Inspector General Frontier Corps (IGFC),Shaheen Khattak ,Political Agent, Khyber agency. They aerially examined Pak-Afghan sharing border, Torkham and paid vehicle visit to Michni check post.

He was briefed of the measures adopted as security arrangements at the border. The Corps commander stressed upon the forces to have close and round the clock surveillance on the border to bar anti-social elements of entering Pakistan. The forces were enough competent to deal with any situation and soon would make the land free of terrorism. He also asked them to strictly follow steps of proper checking while clearing passengers crossing border entering into our country.

The Pak-Afghan border was also sealed for pedestrians and vehicle movement for two hours and long queues of pedestrians and trucks were witnessed on both sides of the border.
