Pakistan expresses concern over attempts disrupting events in India

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan on Tuesday has expressed concern over attempts to disrupt functions organized for prominent Pakistani personalities in India.

In a statement, Foreign Office spokesman referred to recent incidents, including cultural event in Mumbai by Pakistani ghazal maestro Ghulam Ali that had to be cancelled because of threats from an extremist Hindu organization. He said there is a need to ensure that such incidents do not happen again.
