PCF starts talent hunt program for women players

Karachi: Pakistan Carrom Federation (PCF) has begun a nation-wide talent hunt program for the women players who will be participating at the training camp organized by PCF.

According to the president of PCF, Muhammad Aslam Khan, the camp will be established in the ongoing month that will be open for the women of all age groups for the promotion of Carrom throughout the country.

“PCF is trying its best to promote the game on every possible level so that we have a larger pool of players,” said Aslam. He also added that number of national tournaments will also be held around the country during the current year.

“The tournaments will be organized for the women players so that they get maximum chance to practice the sport,” he said.

The camp will be established at the Pakistan International Carrom Club in Sawana City 13-D Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. The interested women players are directed to contact camp in-charge Batool Kazim to register their name till March 15.
