PML-Q criticizes slackness of Sindh govt

Karachi: Sindh government’s mismanagement and lack of planning has brought flood and rain destruction at vast level in the province. It was the Pakistan’s Army which reached on the time at Shank protective embankment of Indus River and saved residents from big losses.

These views were expressed by the leader of Pakistan Muslim League Quaid-e-Azam (PML_Q) Sindh president Haleem Adil Sheikh on Wednesday.

Sheikh said Sindh rulers have failed to provide basic facilities to its voters. He said even after passage of many years the government has not made proper planning to protect people from the flood threats.

He said Tharparkar’s residents have been ignored in every regime. They either face drought situation or heavy rains and floods. He said rulers only want to save their lands and they do not care for the public property and the life.

Sheikh urged Sindh government to wake up from deep slumber and save people in practical manner. He said their party would help them without waiting for government’s announcements. He said people are dying in flood and they have lost precious properties.
