Police boss briefs governor on law, order

KARACHI: Inspector General of Police (IGP) Sindh A D Khawaja called on Sindh Governor Dr Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan on Friday to discuss the law and order issues in the city as well as other parts of the Sindh.

Dr Ebad directed IGP to ensure foolproof security to life and property of Public. Newly appointed IGP Sindh briefed the Sindh Governor about law and order situation of Sindh province.

Dr Ebad showed his satisfaction over the performance of Sindh Police in Karachi Operation. He lauded police for its better performance particularly for restoring city’s peace.

Separately, he said that Pakistan and Turkey’s people have strong affection with one another as Turkey has always supported Pakistan during a crisis and helped it out from several issues. Turkey’s public keeps exemplary love and kindness for Pakistani people.”

These views were expressed by Sindh Governor while meeting with Pak-Turk School’s delegation comprised of 25 students.

Governor further added that the love and affection of Turkey’s people can be judged from it whenever any natural disaster hit Pakistan, they came fist to help Pakistani people. The Advisor to Sindh Governor Prof Noshad Sheikh was also present at the occasion.

He lauded the Pak-Turk School’s role in Sindh’s education system and providing its quality education.

Governor Sindh was briefed by Pak-Turk School’s Administration about opening of its different campuses in across Sindh province.
