Politics: Imran Khan urges Nawaz Sharif to step down as long investigation continuesAugust 29, 2014
Islamabad: Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has said that we had requested Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to step down from prime ministership as long investigation continues.
Addressing the participants of sit-in in Islamabad on Saturday Imran Khan questioned, isn’t the democracy in jeopardy when the PM lied on the floor of the parliament?
Any nation can accept any sort of a prime minister but a liar. The Sharif dynasty has vested their money abroad and urged the people of Pakistan to bring their money to the country, he added.
Khan insisted and invited all people to come and join him for the sit-in for the sake of their own future. He pronounced that the rights of the labourers are being snubbed.
