PRCS distributes food items among poor families

KARACHI: The Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) Sindh in collaboration with Zong Telecommunication distributed food packages to 175 poor and needy families.

The food package includes flour 20kg, ghee 5kg, rice 15kg, daal 12kg, sugar 7 kg, tea 2kg, and salt 1kg. PRCS Sindh’s Provincial Secretary Kanwar Waseem and Managing Committee’s Member Dr Majid Alvi distributed the food parcels at Red Crescent Medical Center Gurumandir.

He also urged all philanthropists to come forward and donate generously to Red Crescent and support the poor and distressed people.
