Peshawar: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Public Health Engineering and Labour Shah Farman has said that PTI is ready to re-hold LB elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa if all the political parties agree so; however the decision in this regard shall be made by the Election Commission of Pakistan.

He expressed these views while talking to a delegation at his office Peshawar on Thursday. He said due to mismanagement in the LB elections, PTI suffered a great loss as a number of its young educated male and female voters remained deprived of casting their votes.

He said rigging had been done in the Local Bodies elections against PTI. He said all the political parties should be unified on re-election in KP. Why the political parties were not agreeing to re-hold LB polls in KP, the minister questioned? The parties fleeing away from LB re-election in KP were actually involved in rigging, the minister maintained.
