KARACHI: Pakistan Tehreek Insaf Labor Wing Karachi chapter President Zubair Ali on Thursday lauded the role of rangers for restoring peace in Karachi and making the city again a center of growing economic activities. He said providing peace to Karachi and bold action against terrorists and their supporters by the Pakistan Army and rangers is aimed at to secure the future of Pakistan, in view of the National Action Plane.

Addressing a press conference at Karachi Press Club, he said in the present political scenario, his party leader Imran Khan is the nation’s savior who is working to make a new Pakistan.

Showing reservations over statement of some politicians, he said when their party grew its doors were open for any one, adding taking advantage of such opportunity a few black sheep managed to involve in the party affairs and now they are bringing a bad name to the party. He said if the party remained failed to get united its workers then it will become like other political parties who are looting the nation and county.

He noted that both Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) had lost their vote bank in Karachi.

He said if efforts are not made to resolve the burning issues of Pakistan, it is feared that a bloody revolution would rattle the country.

He said K-Electric (KE) has murdered innocent people in Karachi by creating artificial power outage in very hot weather. He demanded to annul the contract of privatization of the KESC to rid Karachiites from load shedding and over-billing of electricity.
