Release: (India releases 88 Pakistani fishermen)

ISLAMABAD: Indian authorities handed over 88 Pakistani fishermen to Punjab Rangers at Wagha Border on Sunday. The Indian government took this step as a goodwill gesture in reciprocation to release of 113 Indian fishermen by Pakistan recently.

Meanwhile, over 300 Sikh Yatrees arrived in Lahore on Sunday to take part in the death anniversary rituals of Maharaja Ranjeet Singh in the city.

Evacuee Property Trust Board Chairman Siddiq-ul Farooq and other officials of the Board warmly received the Yatrees at the Wagha Railway Station.
