Sharjeel stars in Touchme CC triumph

Karachi: Pakistan national team’s T20 opener Sharjeel Khan played a whirlwind 95-run knock off only 38 balls and helped Touchme Cricket Club beat Ali Sports by a big margin of 82 runs in the 28th Aga Khan Gymkhana State Life Ramazan Festival T-20 Cricket Tournament 2015 here at AKG Ground.

Touchme CC put on board a massive total of 242 runs in their allotted 20 overs – thanks to Sharjeel for scoring quick-fire 95 with the help of ten fours and seven sixes.

Khalid Latif also batted well scoring 69 runs off 40 balls. Another national player Khurram Mmanzoor scored 52 runs off 25 balls.

Ali Sports in response scored 161-7 in 20 overs. Riaz Meerani top scored for the side with 78 off 43 balls.
