LARKANA: Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Qaim Ali Shah, has approved the summary sent to him by Health Department Secretary, Iqbal Durrani, for appointment of eight employees against deceased quota on the direction of the Sindh High Court as their parents had been working in Health Department (Hospital-offices) and expired during service. These cases were verified by concerned Deputy Commissioners of respective districts.
Sources said all the applicants had filed constitutional petitions in various courts for appointment and Durrani recommended that by granting permission for appointment on deceased quota burden of litigation will be lessen.
The summary was sent through Health Minister and Chief Secretary. Accordingly concerned EDOs of Health District Health Officers and Medical Superintendents have been directed to appoint these candidates on the applied posts, list of which has also been sent.
These 8 persons include Kamran s/o late Riaz Ali (Ex-Ward Servant, Civil Hospital, Mirpurkhas – CP No: 400/2011), Inayat Hussain s/o Late Anwar Ali Khoso (Ex-OT Technician of CMCH Larkana – CP No: D-465/2011), Gul Sher Jatoi s/o Late Koro (Ex-Chowkidar of RHC Khanpur – CP No: D-974/2009), Abdul Jabbar s/o Late Hafiz Gulam Qadir Soomro (Ex-Dawakot @ Taluka Hospital, Ratodero – CP No: D-268/2012), Taj Ali s/o Muhammad Achar (Ex-Naib Qasid DHO Hyderabad – CP No: D-2077/2011), Ibadurehman Khan s/o late Dr. Sarif Khan (Ex-Police Surgeon, Benazir Abad – CP No: 799/2012), Ali Akbar Soomro s/o late Muhammad Yameen Soomro (Ex-Dispenser EDO (Health) Karachi (Ex-Dispenser – CP No: D-2337/2010) and Muhammad Dawood s/o late Muhammad Yakoob Khoso (Ex-Vaccinator, BHU, Bhoity Kandiaro – CP No: D-3848/2013).
After receipt of approved list of these eight applicants from Health Department one affected candidate Inayat Hussain Khoso was issued offer letter by the Chandka Medical College Hospital, Larkana, for the post of OT Technician on Wednesday.
