Islamabad: According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup Pakistan, 25% Pakistanis said that they face a health problem that creates difficulties while performing certain tasks.

A nationally representative sample of adult men and women from across the four provinces was asked, “Please tell us if you face any health problem that creates difficulties or results in an inability to perform tasks?” In response to this question, 25% said yes and 73% said no. 2% did not respond.

The study was released by Gilani Research Foundation and carried out by Gallup Pakistan, the Pakistani affiliate of Gallup International.

The recent survey was carried out among a sample of 1786 men and women in rural and urban areas of all four provinces of the country, during October 05 – October 12, 2015. Error margin is estimated to be approximately ± 2-3 per cent at 95% confidence level.
