Three killed in Karachi violence

KARACHI: Three persons were killed and three others injured in different violence incidents here on Wednesday.

As per rescue sources, they collected three unknown bullet riddled bodies of man aged between aged of 25 to 30 from the Al-Noor Society in Surjani Town. They were brought to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for medico-legal formalities.

In another incident, a man, Jameel, 25, son of Saifullah, was shot and injured by unidentified armed men in Bhens Colony no 5. He was shifted to Jinnah Post graduate Medical Centre for treatment.

According to SHO Sukhan police station, clash erupted between 2 persons over monetary dispute at Road No. 5; resultantly a man, Jameel was injured while the other accused managed to escape.

Yet in another incident, a youth, Waseem, 25, was injured when unidentified gunmen opened fire on him Bihar Colony area.

According to rescue sources, the team rescued Waseem from Bihar Colony and shifted to Civil Hospital for treatment.

Separately, a man, Shafiq, 43, was shot and injured by unknown armed men near Gulberg police station. He was brought ASH for treatment.
