Three persons killed in Karachi

KARACHI: Three persons lost their lives while two others injured in different violence incidents here on Saturday. According to Station House Officer P.S Chakiwara, unidentified shot down an unknown person aged about 32 years near Madina Masjid. The body was shifted to Civil Hospital Karachi (CHK) for an autopsy. The accused managed to flee.

In another incident, unknown person aged 23, was shot dead by unknown gunmen near New Karachi Industrial Area. The body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH) for medico-formalities.

A dead body of unknown person aged about 28 years with severe torture marks was found from Uzair Hall, Lyari Bakra Piri. It was shifted Civil Hospital Karachi for an autopsy.

One Riaz Ahmed Baloch, 55, son of Murad Hasan Baloch was brought to hospital in injured condition from Manzil Petrol Pump, Quaidabad.

Police sources said that four unidentified accused reached on motorcycles, intercepted a car, boarded in it and after some distance shot Riaz injured and fled. Victim was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) for medico-treatment. The injured is a principal of a local college.

One Imran, 25, son of Mohammad Ameen Nasir, sustained dagger wounds over personal dispute near Madina Masjid, Katti Pahari. Accused, however, managed to escape.
