Traders stage protest demo

MORO, Sindh: Local business community on Wednesday held protest demonstration on third consecutive day against not replacing a faulty electricity transformer in the town.

They displayed banners and placards. Led by Saifullah Memon, Ghulam Rasool Mughal, Sadam Hussain, Habibullah Shaikh and others they observed a token hunger strike outside the National Press Club of Moro.

They claimed that SDO and other Wapda officer were demanding bribe to replace the transformer. Separately, a married woman Zubaida committed suicide due to domestic problems at village Dars.
